My Wife has Keratoconus. She used to wear soft lens. The soft lens was comfortable. After it got spoiled, she had to take a new lens. As per doctor's advice we took Rose K RGP lens. She has dry eyes problem (after C3R done to one of her eyes). She is feeling difficult to wear the new lens. She has to keep putting drops for dryness otherwise, she is feeling very difficult.
Did anybody face problem? please help what should be done in this case.

Why not just go back to the soft lenses? Failing that you could try piggy backing (putting an RGP lens on top of a soft lens) or a hybrid lens (soft on the outside for comfort; hard on the inside for vision stability)

thank you for your reply, doctor asked us to use RGP lens instead of soft lens.

Does it make the vision a lot better? If not I'd certainly argue that... seems a bit weird. I started on RGPs but hated them so tried soft lenses and have never looked back! Your wife is the patient, what she wants matters more than what she is told to use.
