Intacs reduce ghosting/starbursts?

Have any intacs users out there had any experience of this? My vision has lots of ghosting/starbursts at night and I wondered whether the intacs could reduce or eliminate these symptoms?

It looks like my posting didn't go one first time ,
But i have Entacs and the starburst effect is still there, The ghosting may improve as the entacs improves your vision but i didn't see a vast improvment in the reduction of starburst effect ,but overall the Entacs has improved my vision to how it was 7 Years Ago an i was able to go to soft lenses from RGP contacts
Unfortunately i am getting to much irritation from the soft lenses and can only wear them for a few hours at a time
