I posted the order a month ago, can never speak to anyone on the phone as the answer message is on everytime I call and left a message and noone's got back to me. What am I supposed to do?!

I don't know about 'better', Lou; perhaps 'different'. We know the name of the dude who handles these things here, and he knows us as well. Maybe you are a victim of a far larger hospital list; don't forget that the population of London at 7,518,000 (2001 census) is very much larger than the total population of Scotland 5,062,011.

Apparently, loads of people are off sick which is why orders are not being processed, soI haven't got any further

The cynical would question if it is sickness or enjoying the good weather or may be even the tennis

When my house being built 15 year ago started to fall behind schedule the bmain builder said sub contractors were off sick and some on holiday. When I spoke to the sub contractors they pointed out it was the European Football Cup and they had all gone on holiday and those who weren't allowed called in sick.

On Torchwood tonight they had lenses with camera's in them! I was gonna ask C/L for a pair of these but decided if I ever get a response regarding my RGP that would be more of a miracle...
