Optom
Your question is sensible and not at all out of order.
When you emerged from hospital after your graft, you were probably given a leaflet that specified that you ought to abstain from 'sport' for a period of weeks (probably 6).
I guess anything as strenuous as 'sport' ought to be avoided for that period of time.
All the best

There is a general rule; when people need to ask, they know already what the answer is going to be!
It is all a matter of potential cost against anticipated benefits.
All the best.
By the way, how are things now? Has your eye become less red?
Andrew

my eye is great so happy so far . the pain is really reducing and the redness is now very little , still some on the lower conjunctiva but nothing i would need have seen before. How long did it take for the sensation of the stitches take to wear away

Sometimes I used to feel the sutures so that it was as if I had a lens in my eye. Sometimes I was not aware of them; although sometimes I could see them if the sun was at the correct angle; the circle of sutures appeared like a circle of sparkling blue things.
I asked my ophthalmologist and he confirmed that I was seeing the stitches, although when he took out the first 8 I stopped being able to see the remaining 8.
All the best
Take care

Ahh Andrew that was so delicately put my dear! *considers Randomised Controlled Trials on which 'sport' would raise IOP more than others*!! [oh go on, one of us had to lower the tone
]
On a more serious note, I also had the little sparkly lights number with my first graft, but not with the 2nd, I wonder why?
