I also have a rare chemical inbalance of the brain which necessitates the need for frequent administration of cake/choccie otherwise weird things happen, you couldn't deprive me of a clinical need could you?

Ah, I@m with you in the hot choccie, Andrew.
Years since I last tried baking a cake.
Not so long ago, my local supermarket had some of those bags of everything-you-need to make bread, just add water - flour, yeast, whatever - on special offer, so I got a couple and tried. Never made bread since I was SO high and "helping" my mum.
Made a batch of rolls when my mum came to visit. Still a bit in the "practice will make perfect" stage and rather, err, crusty, but they disappeared remarkably fast.
Must get some more and have another go.
When I can scrub the smell of the STUFF we use to treat Duke's infected hooves off my fingers. I sometimes think I'll scrub off the fingerprints before I scrub off the smell of that antiseptic - and, would you believe, the same stuff is sold in human (rather than veterinary) form - as a treatment for DRY EYES!!!
Think I'll give it a miss.........!
