Postby house » Sat 07 Feb 2009 11:45 am

Nutritionist have said that people with cornea problems and
especially cornea grafts should eat a lot of eggs.

Eggs contain a protein that is useful to the cornea??

People with cornea problems should have an egg aday!!
and not limit them selves to one a week.

However it want save your vision!! but a useful
or complementary food?? :D

Actually, there is quite a lot of stuff on the www about corneas and diet. One interesting snippet I found some time ago was the result of somebody's research that showed a correlation between keratoconus and magnesium deficiency.

All the best
