Advice on Soft K Lens

Postby chrisdemetriou » Fri 08 Aug 2008 10:12 pm

Is it safe to remove a soft k lens using the upper and lower eye lids to leverage it out, as opposed to placing fore-finger and thumb over the lens and pinch it out?

That sounds okay, but I'd ask my optometrist for a definitive answer.

All the best

The eye lid lever out method is the preffered method for reming the Silicone hydrogel lens for KC.

It was the only way I could take the lenses out when I was trialing these lenses.
