im originaly from wales, where my optom has been brilliant over the years, but recently i have moved to Hull and still using my optom in wales. The last few months ive been having problems with the comfort of my lenses, with the distance involved im finding it very hard to get to appointment especially when some fittings can last a few weeks of going back and for. My problem is that i can not find an optom in the area that is willing to take me on.
Can any body help?? is there any one in this area that has KC??

Welcome to the forum.
As you are new to Hul, it may be worth getting your GP to refer you to the local hospital eye unit so you are in the NHS system should you need further help.
Here is our list of KC Friendly Oprometrists
The nearest on our list I can find are;
David Burghardt Vision Care, Nettleham, Lincs
and
Edwards and Walker
Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Hope this helps.

Welcome Ianto!
Several of our members go to the eye clinic at Hull where there's a good contact lens department. So as Gareth says, if you get your GP to refer you there, you'll hopefully get things sorted out.
