hi stokie

no it isnt a fact that everyone ends up having a graft for KC in the end , KC itself is a relatively rare condition affecting something like between 1 in 3000 and 1 in 10000 of the population and of those affected the percentage who actually go on to a graft is very minute. indeed the vast majority of people manage with various lenses all there lives. however KC can be very unpredictable, stabilising in most cases but for the unfortunate ones remaining unstable.

as has been said by all , a graft has to be the last resort because once undertaken there is no going back, the secret , however annoying and frustrating KC can be is to persevere with every option available for as long as possible, but never allow KC to rule your life, so live life to the max and avail yourself to every opportunity that presents itself and kick that KC's ass
