Vision therapy for KC
Is there any vision therapy which has been proven to help KCers?

Steven,
Beyond lenses and the surgical techniques, I for one am unaware of any other type of therapy.
Unless you incluse homeopathic which I think revolves more around tear production.
The confrence last year did go into acupuncture to help, but that was a very small study and again was more about tear production.
This made lens wear more tolerable as the quality of tears was better, so fulfilled their role of lubricating the eye and reducing the dry eye problems.
