What do you say to people who are worried?

I used to have heavy nose bleeds, ended up having the blood vessels quaterised. Still get heavy nose bleeds but short lived at about 30 minutes duration.

Can't have any more blood vessels quarterised otherwise my nose would have a lack of blood

My son has had his nose cautorized 5 or 6 times already. He had a nose bleed every day for a week in march and ended up in hospital getting his nose packed, we were in there all night. He had a cold at xmas and it all started again, he had 5 over the xmas hols, I worry more about his nose than my eyes! He is unable to physically exert himself for 2 weeks and has to drink 8 glasses of water and put cream up his nose twice a day for 2 weeks in a bid to stop the bleeds because its not good to keep cautorizing the vessels!
