James,
Hi there. I have been reading your posts here but have been a little quiet sorry. I know what you are going through and it is really difficult. Life is very hard at times and we all need a lot of support to get through it.
You have done the best thing though in getting some help and sticking with it, even whan it seems easier to give up. The time away looking after yourself has been really good for you as it has enabled you to reflect and see things in a totally different light! You are sounding a lot more postive and looking forward which is brilliant news!!
We all get setbacks along the way but the only thing you need to keep reminding yourself is that we will only fail if we never try! Hehe, now if i could only take all this and apply it to me i would be getting somewhere!!
Take really good care of you and i'll always on pm if you need any help. Loads of love ... Sweet X x X
