went to pick up my new scheral lens peeps.
ordered 2 weeks ago.
Didnt fit cos my eye has changed since.
She said my corneas flattened.
Sounds promising?
She cant understand it either.
They seem to have given up so shes giving me soft lenses that she says wont give me gud vision, but ill get some. Whoopy
So then when baby comes i go under the knife.

Why would my lens flatten?

Cornea flattened?...as in regressed? or flattened because maybe you had another lens?....did they investigate why this happened?
KC is about facing the challenges it creates rather than accepting the problems it generates -

Just off the top of my head if the KC is over a wider area, could the bulge appear to flatten due to the cone base margin being wider?

The other thing is it could just be due to pregnancy.

My wife is short seighted and her vision did change a fair bit during pregnancy and the optom said the cause was the bodys hormonal and fluid retention changes she was going through. She was told a new prescription would be a waste of time as once she gave birth her vision would more than likely return to normal which it did.
