Any particular sort of problem Eman?

What do you do for a living? I'm a dyer, which got a bit tricky at one point. I had no idea of my rights and was nervous about what would happen if my employers knew so I kept quiet and tried to hide it. Somehow I don't think that's quite the example you're looking for. :D I had my grafts during the years I took off work when my girls were small, and I could not have been that bad at my job because when I chose to return to work my original employers approached me to re-join them.
grafts in 1992 and 1996

Eman,

I have no idea of the emplyee/employer rigts in Egypt however on the home page is a link to an employers leaflet we designed for use in the UK which has suggestions on changes to work stations, work environments etc.

Hope that helps.
Gareth
