hello my friends.i feel that no body can understand me when i talk about KC exept you.if you have experienced a problem in work because of KC and you can overcome it i wanna learn about it please.........you can't imagine how much it will make me happy.

What do you do for a living? I'm a dyer, which got a bit tricky at one point. I had no idea of my rights and was nervous about what would happen if my employers knew so I kept quiet and tried to hide it. Somehow I don't think that's quite the example you're looking for. I had my grafts during the years I took off work when my girls were small, and I could not have been that bad at my job because when I chose to return to work my original employers approached me to re-join them.

I have no idea of the emplyee/employer rigts in Egypt however on the home page is a link to an employers leaflet we designed for use in the UK which has suggestions on changes to work stations, work environments etc.
