James,
Excellent news and well deserved.
Those of us who have been aware of how this all started fully understand where the mental health issues may well have come from.
The way you have turned things around is a real credit to your strength of character and serves as an inspiration to us all.
All the best with the social work department, with your determination and strength of character you are a valuble asset to the work force.
Good luck.
Gareth

Hi James
Sorry i seemed to missed your post.
I'm so glad to hear things are going well for you and i hope things go on to improve more.
I was only thinking about you the other day, and wondering how things were going. I was going to PM Andrew to see if he had heard from you.But i don't need to now.
Good to hear from you, keep us posted
