By the way, hello to all members, I am first time here on forum, and have KC for more then 10 years. I already found lot usefull material here on forum. So, do you have any knowledge or informations about keratoconus - yoga?

Hhmm in relation to the stress in having an eye condition then yes i would think this could help, as yoga is well known to be stress relieving and relaxing. Anything further than that i doubt but if you enjoy it then i'd say to stick with it!

I know at times of stress, my lens comfort changes and at work I do use relaxation techneques, keeps stress headaches at bay which also agravate lens comfort.

As Sweet says, yoga is a form of relaxation, it also helps with fitness too. Yoga may not have a direct influence on the KC condition as such, but if it helps with whatever way you currently manage the condition and makes you feel betetr in yourself, it must be OK.

Please let us know how you get on with yoga and if you feel it helps you. If it does help, others may try it too and feedback from them would be sueful too.
Gareth
