My own recently grafted eye is a case in point. everything is going extremely well, and within ays of the graft I was using it to read text down to 10pt. I did post the good news, but have not had any reason to post again since! Nothing has gone wrong. I have needed no special advice on how to cope with the range of setbacks that others have met.
Maybe we ought to have s special string, or even a new dedicated forum for exchaning good news!

You hit the nail on the head Andrew. How many times can you actually say that things are fine and what advice can we give about things that we have not experienced?
I admit I was a more prolific poster pre-op as to be honest I was worried and this place was a wonderfull resource of support (and scaremongering!) at the moment though since things are going so well I don't need the same level of support (no offence intended to anyone here as I can see how that sounds) and life carries on pretty much as normal.
