Due to what I'll politely call an 'administrative error' by Royal Mail, the KC Group PO BOX address was temporarily cancelled. Although it is now OK, it has resulted in some of our post being lost. If you wrote to the PO Box address following our latest newsletter in October, either to answer the question about graft waiting lists or to make a donation to the charity, please write to us again or e-mail me anne@keratoconus-group.org.uk
Our jinx continues - the KC Group phone number also has a fault since yesterday. I've reported this to BT and hope it will be fixed in the next few days. I hope normal service will be resumed as soon as possible!

Re: Lost mail
Just to say that BT have done us proud, and the phone is up and working again. The PO Box is also currently working, but there was a gap of a few weeks, when I'm afraid we probably lost mail.
