Well, that's "news" at least, whether "good" or "bad" I'm not sure.
Hope it does sort itself out before too long.
As regards being no good at lenses, and hating messing with eyes - I think there's an awful lot of people here who thought that until we found ourselves having to! I couldn't put my lenses in, or take them out, when I first got them - the fitter had to teach my mum to do it for me so I could take them home and start getting used to them.

Rosemary is right; there is a hope held by many that surgery will remove the need for lenses, yet people here repeatedly tell us that they need to return to contact lenses after transplants (I need a contact lens in my left eye after having a transplant), others tell us that they need to wear lenses after C3R and others yet that they need lenses after Intacs.
