my situation if anyones interested

Postby stokie » Thu 12 Apr 2007 1:28 pm

ive had it for about a year or so now ,got it in both eyes, tho the right is alot worse than left,i dotn wear my big lens in the left just the right as it's a horrible feelin with it in both eyes and i can see good with just one lens in,i only wear the lens in the day when im at work, football, otherdaytime activities, its a struggle without a lens but i get bye at nights without the bright lights,it isnt that bad if you can get used to your lens and sun glasses really do help in the day,i wish there was an operation where it would all just go away but it isnt the case,i like the sound of these intacts not heard of them before i signed up on here yesterday doubt ill be able to have them as i have no luck with my eyes what so ever,i know you shouldnt but i get by a lot by squinting

they have cures for all diseases one day sooon i hope they find a decent one for this

stay lucky

There is a grat deal of work being done on the molecular basis of KC. This holds out the possibility of medical (ie non surgical) strategies for the management and possibly cure of the condition.

In the meantime we do the best we can.

All the best.
