Best London clinic for CXL and advise

Hi

My left eye has just got to the point where it needs CxL (-4.25) and my right eye isn't too far off (-3.25). questions;

should I wait 10 weeks to get it done on the NHS v go private (have insurance so cost not an issue). Worried about getting stuff done I don't need eg right eye or intacts
Can anyone recommend from experience the best place in London
Should I do right eye or wait to see if it progresses more (I'm 31)
If both eyes need doing how much time should I leave between doing each?

My son had both eyes done with a month in between. We got it done as soon as possible - Keratoconus is progressive, and even if it subsides as you get older, what you've lost seems to be lost for ever at current medical expertise. What the future holds, we do not know, but my view is as soon as possible.
