what are the "trots" ? not heard that being said before

How can I tell you without being gross? "trots" means you have to trot to the loo very frequently. 'Nuff said?

Or do you already know and you're winding me up?

lol..no Gareth told me what they were...i wasnt winding you up........i just never heard it being said before...learn something everyday!
