restrictions after graft

hi all

finally had mygraft done 4th march went better than expected. wasnt told about the restrictions ie bending etc

how long when you can go back to normal.

cant remember from when my mum had it done

I was told six weeks. In the end I was given the "all clear" at four weeks.

i asked cus want my hair highlighting by cap.

am currently sorting out website and downloading photo s so will post a link then. had my 3 week checkup. next is 4 months. hopefully getting a contact lens for my other eye in 4 weeks.

I meant to say next checkup is 4 weeks not 4 months

lol. dont know what i was on or thinking. must be the stress of helping my friend move house or should i say ive done 75% of it all.

am a bit worried about going to see my dad next week he is a heavy smoker. its my birthday friday so just off for couple days.

Any ideas
