Sore eyes

Postby Libby » Thu 02 Aug 2007 10:43 pm

Hi everyone
Not posted for a while, recently got hooked on E-bay lol, but thats another story.
Anyhow just wondered does anyone else suffer from sore eyes (what I mean is the inside of my upper eye lid feels dry and really sore). I already use hot flannel compresses each night and rapitil eye drops twice a day. has anyone else got any alternative advice that might help me
thanks in advance
Libby

Libby

I had to try several eye drops and found Systane by Alcon worked best for me. To get even more releif I cut out caffeine out of my diet as far as possible, so only caffeine is in some of the chocolate I still eat. Cut out drinks that act as a diertetic, no carbonated, fruit or juice drinks, just eat the whole fruit.

Now rarekly get the discomfort you describe.
Gareth
