I found this during a routine visit to another KC site
http://www.nkcf.org/transplant.html
For some it is all very well known, for others it may be of great interest.

On that back of Andrews post; I would recommend people sign up to the NKCF as they have a really good global newsletter which is a must read for all KC sufferers. The current edition covers various areas of Corneal Transplants...and the Ask A Question section is very informative.....(Newsletter is Postal sent from USA)....
Off the site, email Cathy Warren (really pleasant and well informed lady) and she'll add you to there list; further to address confirmation...or just go here and email them with details as asked

KC is about facing the challenges it creates rather than accepting the problems it generates -
