UK Keratoconus Self-Help and Support Association

I'm not sure that there are any rigid contact lenses that are particularly good with dry eyes, but sclera's used in conjunction with something like Clinitas Soothe are, at least, comfortable. Is there any reason why one of the soft lenses that have been developed for people with keratoconus wouldn't be suitable?
