Welcome to the forum. There's now quite a range of different lenses for KC and all of them, as far as I know, are also used for people post graft. Since my grafts more than 25 years ago, I've always worn the corneal rgp lenses, but there are also now special soft lenses for KC such as the Kerasoft lenses, there are hybrid lenses (rigid centre, soft edge) and there are scleral and semi scleral lenses. So it's a question of finding the lens that suits you best - as with pre graft KC, I suspect we're all different in what our eyes will tolerate best. Good luck!
