Is Kerasoft lenses an option for a transplanted eye? I did penetrating corneal transplant 2005, how long is the transplant expected to last?
I have always been intolerant to RGP lenses, tried them in 2006, what is new on the market which are more comfortable on the eye...
Is there things to do to make it last longer, supplemetnts and so on?

Re: Kerasoft lenses
My transplants were in 1986 and 1988 and are still going strong.
All the lenses which can be used for an ungrafted KC eye are also an option for a grafted one. So Kerasoft, hybrid lenses (hard centre, soft skirt) piggy backing (soft lens underneath a hard one) scleral and semi scleral lenses, SoClear lenses. There's a lot of choice these days, so hopefully you'll find something that is comfortable for you.
