Just received a copy of a letter which has been sent to my GP. Says vision in my right eye is 6/24 and left is 6/12. Can anyone make sense of this for me please?

Hi Caroline,
The numbers refer to which line you can read on the Snellen chart (the chart that's used to test vision). Have a look at www.keratoconus-group.org.uk/snellen/index.html which explains it better than I'd be able to!
