Tips for containing/stopping KC

what tips/measures/diet/exercise etc do you suggest by which we can contain or stop the further growth of KC ?

none i know of.... however we can all protect our eyes from damage such as scarring and ulcers by following a good hygiene routine, and by listening to your eyes... if they are sore- take the lenses out etc...

as mentioned if your eyes are sore try not to wear your lenses, nothing can be done via diet/exercise etc to stop the progression of KC but scars can make the condition worse.

this is not easy however, my eyes are sore most days but i need to work and have a life so i just persist!
