difference between CXL, C3R, CXR

I have been reading the forum and have come across these 3 terms CXL, C3R, CXR
I am not sure that what is the difference between them ?

I understand your confusion, but CXL, C3R and CXR are all the same thing.

Just to add to Andrews comment, certainly within Europe these are all the same.
However if you are looking at studies or information from a US source, then they are slightly different. An American consultant has trade marked one of the terms (C3R I think?) and is the cross linking procedure with the epithelium in place. From many confrences that have been held in Europe regarding this treatment, the consultants tend to agree leaving the epithelium in place is ineffective.
