dry eye problems

as you know had my graft 3 mths ago blimey gone quick.

think i got prob with dry eye as its stinging and burning etc am on celluvisc as and when. have increased it. also use dexamethasone.

tried other sye drops to ease it but no relief. any sugestions

I use Clinitas Soothe during the day and hydrate at night. I'm afraid it's a case of continuing to look until you find what is right for you.

I find hyco forte and systane very good for dry eyes

bleph is easily managed in its mild for using id hygiene techniques , i.e use sterile water(boiled and cooled) mix it with some J&J baby shampoo ( the original one) and wash the lids with this mixture using a make - up pad or cotton wool bud.
