Does anyone else find that when they are stressed about things their dry eye seems to get worse?
I have had a tough and emotional 6 months (and it is going to get tougher over the next 12 months) and some days my eyes are fine but others they look like i havent slept a wink and are really sore and itchy. It doesnt matter which drops i use or how often i use them at these times, it doesnt help one iota.
Obviously this problem isnt helping me get back into being able to use contact lenses, as my biggest problem has been with CL has been dry eye.

Dry Eyes (again) & stress
Life is too short for drama & petty things!
So laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly!
I´m not strange, I´m just not normal
Every sixty seconds you spend angry, upset or mad is a full minute of happiness you never get back

Yes, I find that stress increases the dryness of my eyes.
Sorry you are still struggling.
All the best

i dont normally allow stuff to get to me, my view is that it just isnt worth it. however I lost a very close family member in the early hours of new years day so there has been a lot of tears and stress relating to her illness previously and since then.

I think that when we become stressed our blink rate falls. That would certainly lead to dry eyes.
