Piggy backing again!!

Yea am piggy backing again!!! Went to see my surgeon yesterday (Daya)about my grafted eye and mentioned about the blood vessels that I have with the non grafted eye. Optoms at Moorfields want me to stop piggy backing as they have said that if I do need a graft in the future I will have problems. Daya had a look and said basically not to worry! Yes, I do have extra blood vessels, but this is no problem with having a graft in the future!!! Yea!!!
This is great news as after trying kerasoft I couldn't see well. Sadly I just can't part with my RGP!! LOL!! Am going to continue piggy backing, but trying not to over wear them, which is hard!!
My grafted eye is doing really well though, I can now see 6/15 when it was 6/24 last year!! Yea!! I have had problems with some wrinkles on the cornea which are improving. Fantastic!! It is great to finally wear a lens when I have never been able to tolerate one in this eye before. I have a kerasoft lens and it is so comfortable!
