Would like driving lessons

I am unable to read a number plate from the required distance so can I learn to drive off road? If so does anyone know of any driving instructor or school in West Mids
Sorry that you cant read a number plate, that is sad. I know how you feel as im trying to get my licence renewed. I cant help you with any info on driving offroad, but i just wanted to wish you all the best with it and i hope that you will find somewhere.
