Sorry to use the forum for this, but I have tried to reply to a message from Diane in my Inbox and even though I click Submit and it says "Your message has been sent" it is stuck in my Outbox and not the Sent box. I have tried twice to do this.

Does anyone else know why they might not be showing in the Sent box?

Craig - I think the answer is that PMs stay in the outbox until they're opened by the recipient. So you know the person has seen the PM when it moves to your sent box.
