RGP Lenses and "dirt/sleep" in eye

Hi Peeps
I have been wearing my RGP lenses for over two years now, they are comfortable and can sometimes get up to 14 hours wear out of them. I have been told by a number of different optoms that the fit of my lenses are excellent. My main problem, which i have always experienced, is the accumulation of "sleep" (i think thats what you call the yellowy stuuf that you get in yor eye when you wake up) throughout the day. It tends to get under the lenses making them cloudy, this occurs slightly during the day then gets worse at in the evening, eventually meaning i have to take the lenses out. My main occupation is a prgrammer so i am in front of a computer from 9-5. My question is; is there anything available ie, drops or is there anything i can do to rectify this.
Many Thanks in advance.
