pete,

I used to go regularly to the gym with my rgp's in, and even went skydiving wearing them.

Avoid activities that could involve an eye-strike. (boxing with RGP's is not something that I'd advise, nor would I think that rugby would be a good idea with rgp lenses). If you are doing something that might lead to the lens moving, or even popping out, you could wear a pair of goggles that would catch a lens that tried to escape. On, by the way, if you are wearing goggles, make sure that they allow for some ventilation: diving goggles would probably not by suitable.

Enjoy your visits to the gym.

Andrew

I have to wear my lenses to do everything, I am useless without them  its mainly because I get such good wear time, I dont get time to get used to not wearing them and hate the poor vision I now have without them.
I go to the gym and always wear my lenses, no probs so far :D
