When I was able to wear glasses I had an anti glare type thing on them to stop some of the wierd halos around lights. Now I am wearing Lenses how do I cope with it? Can you get the anti glare thing on your lenses pr do I have to give up night driving now?
Any ideas ? :D

what kind of lenses did you have in your glasses, where they MAR coated or polarised? MAR can help a little bit but polarised lenses eliminate glare. Which ever it was and if it did help while wearing them you can always get glasses with plano lenses with whichever coating on them and wear them over your lenses. but cant have these coating on contact lenses. another alternative is gettin your windscreen tinted to eliminate glare but i'm not sure on the legality of that. you could also speak to your lens fitter as a better fit or different lens may help

thanks Asif. I have no idea what coating was on my old glasses, I didnt think of getting some without power just for the reduced glare effect, I need to see my optom soon anyway because my contact lenses keep going cloudy and I cant see anything! So while I am there I will ask him about the glasses, I think you can have a light tint on your car windows but its not cheap!
