My new rgp lenses

I am currently building up my wear time with my new lenses prescribed by Dr Cindy Tromans at MREH.
They are these

They are both the same size, approximately 11mm diameter and have a blue tint so I´ll have to be careful I dont mix them up!
The edges are very cleverly designed. They go convex towards the edges, so there is no hard or sharp edge. The effect is that it produces a smooth skirt which floats on a surface which is probably why i can tolerate them. Not as comfortable as the mini scleral I tried though!
The big breakthrough with the lenses is they stay in position, are easy to put in and remove. Also they are large enough to be able to ue a plunger for removal.
The only negative is that the vision is not as good as the smaller rgps I have tried or the mini scleral when it was full of solution.
Hopefully some further fine tuning by Dr CT
may improve the vision further.
Its taken 3 years and I have finally found a KC expert contact lens prescriber/fitter, Dr CT. Alleluah and thanx.
With technological improvements and sharing of information, the futures looking brighter for us KCers.
