OK.....this test may not be for everyone, but it amazes me right now. About ten days ago I had a transplant in my right eye. So, just out of curiosity I lightly placed a couple of fingertips on my LEFT eyelid and rotated my eye back and forth, then same on the RIGHT eyelid. By George, I can FEEL THE BULGE of my left eye going back and forth....and the right eye feels smooth and ROUND like it should. Simply amazing.......
And, I am beginning to see better, too. Yippee!!!!
Cheers, Piper

Piper I am very pleased to hear vision has improved,
I haven't had a graft myself but I understand that your sight could vary getting worse, then better again. What I am trying to say is don't become alarmed if it does appear to get worse because I think this can all be part of the healing process.
I am sure you will hear from graftees with more informed information on this.

I don't remember physically feeling a change in shape but a comment a friend made after my second graft has always stuck in my mind. She said that the eye looked brighter and was reflecting light properly whereas before the graft it had appeared dull and lifeless.
