Moorfields RGP wearers - volunteers needed

The Head of Optometry at Moorfields has asked us if any Moorfields KC patients who are pre-graft RGP wearers would be able to come in for a 'photo shoot' on Thursday afternoon, 2nd November. The purpose is to take a series of pictures of the different designs of RGP keratoconus lenses on patients with keratoconus for teaching purposes and an article on KC fitting. They can only recruit people who are patients at Moorfields and only corneal RGP lenses (NOT sclerals).
If anyone can make this, please ring Emma Doe on 020 7566 2023 giving details and a contact telephone number so that Dan can then set up a suitable time. Please support this if you can - anything which will lead to better training of optometrists to fit KC lenses sounds like a good thing!
(Moorfields apologises for the short notice).

Yes I will be there about three o'clock on Thursday! I will need to take my soft lens out but it is only for about an hour so it is ok.

Hope to see some people there!

Many thanks Mike, Sweet and James. I hope it went well. Wanted to join you, but I'm a post graft RGP wearer, so not eligible!

Perhaps the next piece of research will be for us post graft RGP wearers.
