Capital Ring Walk

Those of you who get our regular newsletter will already know that Mike Oliver will be walking the Capital Ring in September to raise funds for the KC Group. All welcome to walk with him! The walk starts on 1st September and finishes on 9th September and takes a circular route round London, mainly through parks and other green spaces. You can walk as many or as few days as you wish (and if you can't manage any of the days, you can always sponsor Mike!)
A great opportunity to get some healthy exercise, meet other people with KC, raise money for KC and have some fun at the same time!
