Moorfields Eye to Eye Walk
Posted: Thu 23 Jan 2020 5:49 pm
Each year Moorfields organises this walk from the main hospital in City Road to the London Eye. You can chose the 4 or 14 mile option.
For the last couple of years we have had a small KC team covering the longer route. It is very attractive staring out along the Regents Canal. Last year it diverted up into Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill.
We meet at 10:15 and it takes about 5 hours at a leisurely pace. Do join us, you will be glad you did.
You can register by following this link: https://www.moorfieldseyecharity.org.uk/eye-to-eye Be sure to specify that you wish to benefit Keratoconus.
If you are coming, please send me a text on 079 2717 8716.
I also have details of one member who did the 4 mile walk with assistance from the volunteers, as he is partially sighted. He intends to do it again so if you want to join Peter, let me know.
I look forward to hearing from you.
