Hello all,

Just a quick reminder that there is a social meeting scheduled for July 2nd. The plan is to have the meeting at the Mad Hatter as previously, or we could go to the "Rose & Crown" just behind the Mad Hatter - which has a nice garden so those people not wanting to sit in a pub can also attend.

As it is during the summer though, could you please reply to this post if you think you are possibly or definitely going to come along. We could always reschedule it if not many of us can make it.

Please do feel free to reply - even if this would be your first social - we'd love to see you there.

p.s. The Rose & Crown is in Colombo Street, but can be easily reached from Stamford Street by going along (tiny) Rennie Street, through the gates and the churchyard. The pub shares a garden with the church.

As you know, I'm going on hols on 5th July .

OK, since none of the social regulars can attend(!) we'll postpone this one until later in the month.

Would people like to suggest Sunday dates which they could make?

Hint: don't bother suggesting July 9th - I doubt we could compete with both the World Cup and Wimbledon finals that day!

Well that is the only day I am free as I hate both football and tennis.

John, I think any Sunday after world cup final will be ok for me.

I think you will find the World cup Final is on the 9th July. And my Dads birthday,( i can feel a party coming on!! )
