Hydrops- how active can you be

Was diagnosed with a hydrops at the weekend and seeing a consultant tomorrow. I have been warned against heavy lifting and exuberant sneezes and coughs, but I am normally in the gym regularly- what exactly is it safe to do, and what about 'ahem' bedroom activities?

just avoid lifting very heavy weights (hand or resistance machine), lighter weights will still give you a work out
