Any ideas why the forum isnt appearing in google searches any more? Seems less busy than usual as a result?

Many thanks for telling us about this, Kieran - I'll let the webmaster know. I too was wondering why it was so quiet, but thought it was just a result of stopping the automatic registration of new users (see John's announcement) to stop the flood of spammers. But you're right - we no longer appear with a google search. I've no idea why this has happened but we obviously need to find out.

Thanks very much for the note, Kieran. I'm investigating this with Google, but it's apparantly not uncommon for a site to disappear for weeks at a time when Google play with their algorithms.

It seems that Google "forgot" us on Christmas Eve.

I've asked them to look at us again, but it may take a couple of days for them to do it.
