Postoptics offer on Systane

I meant to post this some time ago.
Postoptics have an offer on Systane at this time, basically buy 3 and get one free.
You have to pay 3 quid postage but by the time you take all that into account you end up paying a little over a fiver a pot, delivered to your door. Not a bad deal in my humble opinion.
Mine arrived this morning having been ordered on line on Wednesday evening.

This offer has been running since before Christmas so best take advantage now before they decide it has run its course.

Thanks for the tip.
Sweet, is that cereal one of the ones that makes your tummy disappear if you eat two bowls of it along with your breakfast and lunch?

LOL! I didn't put it there John did, because i was complaining earlier how nasty it was and how i needed to get rid of it! So he thought that Thumper should have it! Hehehe
It is a high fibre one but it tastes fowl, exactly like rabbit food really so i'm going back to Kelloggs Special K as their Apricot one is yummy! And yes that is one that has the two bowl thing though i don't eat it for that!

I have difficulty understanding how that two bowls thing can work. You have your bacon, eggs, sausage, black pudding, haggis and potato scone with a grilled tomato for breakfast, and a bowl of corn flakes, and then you have crispy pork belly and chips for lunch and a bowl of bran flakes, and suddenly your tummy has gone?
How does it work?

LOL! No that isn't it!!
You have one bowl for breakfast with nothing else, and one bowl for dinner with nothing else, and then a healthy meal for supper! LOL!!
Hehe this is a silly diet anyway as you will obviously lose weight if you stick to smsll portions of low fat food, but where is the interest to eat in that?!!!

So what the nice people from Kellog's are telling me is that if I starve myself my middle bit will shrink? I could have worked that out for myself, but then maybe they wouldn't have sold so much cereal.
My favourite is shredded wheat, and Mr Kellog doesn't make that.

Hehe i am more than sure though that it would just work the same so long as you don't add sugar!! LOL!
