Funny how easily we can get sidetracked! Start talking about allergic conjunctivitis and end up debating treatment for asthma! Just want to add a point about sodium cromoglycate drops, they are normally preserved, but there is a preservative-free version called Vividrin which would be better as you are allergic to various things.In theory preserved version is ok with gas perms, but unpreserved would be better for you or anyone wearing soft lenses.It's quite new, needs to be prescribed by your GP, and probably the chemist will have to order it in for you. If you're ever precribed prednisolone drops,ask for minims which are preservative-free.
