Something will happen in a year or two. At the moment you may regret looking younger than you are. In the future, you will hope that people will think you younger.
I stride past the stewards on the doors of restaurants and bars longing against reason to be challenged for proof of age.
Sadly, I think that even if I don't look 55, I certainly will never again be mistaken for someone under 21.

still i have never been 18, 19, 55 so i don't know. Ill stick as i am as i don't think i can change any how. Anyway im looking forward to meeting some people when i get there. I have never been to London before so it is my first time, and its a big place so ill bring a friend. But because i live as far up as Manchester im not going to be in London all day. But long enough anyway,

I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy your day in London, enjoy attending the meeting and benefit greatly from the networking you are able to do.

ps I have lots of family in the Manchester area, around Sale and Altrincham etc. It's a beautiful part of England and is one of my favourite places to visit. My first job was in Manchester where I worked for a large insurance company. Halcion Days ... I used to be 17, too
